The left are compulsive liars.

Carly Fiorina, former CEO of Hewlett-Packard, was reported by the Obama campaign as saying:
"“I don’t think John McCain could run a major corporation."
That's it. One sentence, taken totally out of context.
But there's just a small problem. The complete quote was:
"“I don’t think John McCain could run a major corporation. I don’t think Barack Obama could run a major corporation. I don’t think Joe Biden could run a major corporation. But on the other hand a major corporation is not the same as being the president or vice president of the United States,”
Does anyone seriously doubt that these creeps are beyond the pale? That they're the enemy?
From outright lies, to distortions, to enrolling dead people to vote, to threats and verbal filth...they use the lot.
A democratic system cannot function if people like this aren't brought to account.
